MCD seeks a Digital Health Program Manager for its new program that leads the administration and implementation of technology and innovation initiatives under the state of Maine’s new Rural Health Transformation Program.This position is a remote position based in Maine; relocation expenses will not be provided. Some travel within the State of Maine will be required.

Digital Health Program ManagersGrade Level: 6Anticipated Salary: $74,000-$88,000Reporting Relationship: Director, Digital Health InitiativeThe Digital Health Program Managers will partner with sub-awardees and contractors to implement digital health projects and programs in varying topic areas and technical approaches, including but not limited to: telehealth integration in schools, long-term care facilities, acute care, oral health, maternal and perinatal behavioral health, implementation of peer-to-peer telehealth models, remote patient monitoring programs and digital health navigation. This will include provision of technical assistance and training where relevant and ensuring that sub-awardees are achieving project milestones on time and within budget allowances. The essential functions of the position include:Program Management: Support sub-awardees and contractors in implementing digital health projects across multiple domains.

Provide technical assistance and training to ensure effective adoption of digital health tools. Monitor and report on project milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Facilitate integration of telehealth and digital health solutions into diverse healthcare environments.

Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in Maine’s digital health initiatives. Teamwork: Participate in relevant workgroups and/or committees Participate in MCD Global Health strategic planning as required. Lead by example, foster a sense of teamwork, inspire a sense of personal and professional accountability and promote positive morale that supports productivity and high quality of work for the individual team, the US Programs and MCD Global Health as a whole.

Work to ensure that project activities and planning are directed toward the advancement of the US Programs and MCD Global Health as a whole.Business Development: Partner with the US Programs Business Development team to assist in the development and submission of grant and contract requests to sustain and grow MCD activities pertaining to telehealth and other areas of interest, including both US Programs and international. Stay current in the field by participating in available trainings related to current grants and contracts, reading and reviewing relevant literature, and subscribing to relevant listserv(s) as appropriate. Strive to ensure that project implementation is responsive to the latest research and innovations and facilities growth in MCD Global Health's portfolio.

Participate regularly in conferences and meetings to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, clients, contractors, or government officials while keeping abreast of trends in the field.Position

Requirements

:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Training or certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred. Familiarity with digital health technologies and telehealth integration strongly desired.

Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in program management within healthcare, public health, or digital health initiatives. Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder projects with contractors, sub-awardees, and provider organizations. Experience implementing telehealth programs across diverse settings (schools, long-term care, acute care, oral health, maternal/perinatal behavioral health).
