Inventory & Operations Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, organised Inventory & Operations Associate to help keep our sellers’ inventory and day-to-day operations running smoothly.This is a hands-on role that combines stock management, order fulfilment and operational support. You'll play an important role in making sure products are ready for our live shopping shows, and customers receive the right orders.You'll be part of the team helping make live shopping happen behind the scenes, ensuring our sellers’ operations run smoothly as they grow.Working patternFlexible commitment of 3-5 days per week, with a minimum of 6 hours per shiftTypical working hours are between 2:00pm and 11:00pmYou'll need to be available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as part of your regular scheduleWhat you'll doReceive, check and organise incoming stock from suppliersMaintain accurate inventory records and keep stock information up to dateAdd products to our catalogue so they are ready to feature during live shopping showsMove and organise stock between receiving areas and storagePick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficientlyKeep warehouse and storage areas clean, organised and well maintainedSupport live shopping operations by moderating chat when neededRespond to customer messages, including order queries, cancellations and return requestsSupport other operational tasks for the sellers as neededWe're looking for someone whoExperience is helpful, but attitude matters more.You'll thrive in this role if you:Are organised and have strong attention to detailAre reliable and take pride in getting things done properlyEnjoy hands-on, practical workAre comfortable using spreadsheets and online toolsCan manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environmentTake initiative and are happy to help wherever neededPrevious warehouse, retail, fulfilment or operations experience is a bonus, but not essentialWhat you'll get£13 per hourA flexible, part-time role with opportunities to grow as our sellers grow.A varied role where you'll work across inventory, fulfilment and live shopping operations

You must have the right to work in the UKYou must be available to work on-site in central London locationsAvailability for evening, weekend and bank holiday shifts is requiredAbility to lift and move stock as part of normal operational duties
