to execute each event.This is a 12 month FTC maternity cover. DUTIESEnd to end planning - planning an event from start to finish according to the objectives,

and target audience.Venue research across multiple regions including London, APAC and AMER ensuring the venue selection is on brand in terms of look and feel.Supplier selection and management - ensuring catering, production, AV etc are all engaged and briefed.Stakeholder management - working closely with each stakeholder to keep them informed on logistics and ensure the event is being delivered in conjunction to the brief as well as reviewing content for the event.Documentation - from supplier briefs, timelines, budgets, roles and responsibilities and creating proposal decks.Finance - onboarding suppliers onto our internal finance systems to ensure compliance checks and smooth invoice payments.Budgeting and negotiating including reviewing contractsInvite and guest managementCommunication - sending company wide comms via email and slack to ensure employees are aware of upcoming events.Onsite executions (travel may be required for global events)Post event surveys and wrap ups/debriefsManagement of our swag fulfilment warehouse and online store. Managing this relationship as well as inventory and order processing.Oversee all elements of the production process from initial concept, development, onsite execution and post event-evaluation.Ensuring smooth running of the weekly company all hands (Thought Machine Fridays)
Requirements
