On behalf of WorkforceTech Client #1, SD Solutions is looking for a talentedCall Schedulerto engage with existing paying customers proactively. In this role, you will make outbound follow-up calls to active customers, build relationships, offer free training sessions, and help them maximize the value of the Connecteam platform. Requirements

: - Spotless/fluent English - non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is mandatory) - Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls daily - Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style - Ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users - Highly disciplined and organized - All other skills (product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.) can be taught - Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM Central Time (CST) - required About the company: A B2B SaaS platform that gives frontline businesses - restaurants, retail chains, cleaning companies, laundries - a single tool to manage their hourly workforce.
