Greet residents and visitors and be the warm, welcoming face of the community Answer queries and support residents with everyday needs Plan and lead engaging activities, both group sessions and one‑to‑one moments Encourage independent living and help residents stay active and connected Support residents to engage with their local community, including outings and virtual family catch‑ups Champion resident choice and enable people to live life on their own terms Work as part of the Retirement Community Team in a single, consistent location
