We're Hiring: Bilingual Medical & Dental Receptionist/Admin Industry: Behavioral Health Position: Bilingual Medical/Dental Receptionist/Admin (English & Spanish) Work Setup: Remote Vital Virtuals is looking for a reliable, compassionate, and highly organized bilingual healthcare professional to support a growing behavioral health practice. Responsibilities - Answer patient calls in English and Spanish - Schedule and confirm appointments - Verify insurance and update patient information - Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records - Respond to patient inquiries professionally - Coordinate with providers and clinical staff - Perform administrative and data-entry tasks - Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Compensation & Payment - $6.00/hour for the first 90 days - $7.00/hour after 90 days - Pay: Biweekly - Payment: PayPal or Payoneer (fully verified account required)

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written - Medical receptionist, medical VA, or healthcare administrative experience preferred - Excellent communication and phone etiquette - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - EHR/EMR experience is a plus - Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop Computer & Internet
