Bilingual Customer Service Rep (French and English)

- Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (ie. tracing/tracking requests, etc.) - Scheduling & confirming pick up's - Follow up on interline requested pick up's - Co-ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers'
