: Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, MS365, and TeamsGood knowledge of Apple devices and iOSProblem-solving skillsAn eye for detailProficient in English with precise and accurate writing abilityA logical organizational approachA good telephone mannerA willingness to learn new skillsHave own transport and clean driving license Responsibilities: Provide 1st line support to 140 staff based across 6 sites using Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft TeamsRespond to incoming support tickets and escalate or troubleshoot where possibleAccurately document procedures, information, and resolutions to a high standardConfigure and replace IT equipment such as Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and printersResolve issues with iOS mobile devicesMaintain a good and safe working environmentOffer administrative supportOccasionally carry equipment to and from other sites Technologies: SupportMobileOffice 365WindowsiOS More: We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic Junior IT Support Engineer to help grow the IT team within our group. This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will have the prospect to develop and improve the role as the business grows. We work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with some evening and weekend work as required.
