Key Responsibilities
:Ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, to our clients’ satisfactionFull responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneouslyPreparing and managing project schedules and budgetsCommunicating project progress and status, both internally and with the clientManaging project scheduling and staffing with in-house and sub-contracted labourOverseeing project site managers, Installers, Commissioning leads & Programmers, ensuring projects schedules are adhered toEnsuring that final documentation packages (i.e. O & M manuals, Record Information Packs, etc.) are prepared and contract close-out occurs in a timely mannerForecasting invoicing and work effort throughout portfolioTravelling to project/customer sites will be required in this position, as projects demandSkills and experience:Extensive experience delivering main contractor-lead projectsProven technical knowledge of Project Managing specifically in the AV-integration industry is essentialAbility to interface well with clients and co-workers and to lead subordinate staff effectivelyConfident presenter & chair of meetings - leading coordination of AV activities throughout the project life-cycleAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at varying levels of value and complexityWell organised, with attention to detail and meticulous planning skillsProcore & ServiceNow experience desired but not essential (Training Given)Able to create and manage schedules, reports, financial forecasting and budgetsPrince2/PMP qualification or equivalent desirable.
