Data & Analytics Engagement Analyst - Commercial Pharma

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze brand, market, HCP, territory and patient performance • Develop insights from Rx, sales, claims, specialty pharmacy and CRM data • Build reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI frameworks - Partner with Brand, Marketing, Sales and Commercial Operations teams • Run ad-hoc analyses for launches, targeting and field planning • Communicate concise, decision-oriented recommendations Commercial Pharma Experience- 5 to 10+ years in commercial pharma or biotech analytics • Brand, Sales, Field Leadership and Commercial Ops support • Brand performance management • Field force effectiveness Analytics & KPI Expertise- TRx, NRx/NBRx, growth and market share • HCP prescribing and decile movement • Reach, frequency, coverage and call activity Technical Skills- Advanced SQL required • Power BI, Tableau or similar tools • Python or R preferred • Data storytelling to decision ready recommendations Commercial Data Expertise- IQVIA Xponent and PlanTrak Rx data • Specialty pharmacy referrals and starts • CRM (Veeva/Salesforce) call activity Apply directly on RemoteJobs.org: https://remotejobs.org/remote-jobs/data-analytics-engagement-analyst-commercial-pharma-srm-technologies
