Prepare documentation, meeting minutes, and reporting materials. Schedule: This task must be carried out during the entire duration of the contract with a maximum duration of 60 person days. Reports: Weekly activity meetings.

Deliverables: Major deliverables include KPI and reporting dashboards specifications, stakeholder workshop summaries.
