Duties will include, but will not be limited to: Greeting Customers and providing excellent customer service. Assisting with bathroom design using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Learn about bathroom products, brands and design trends.

Preparing quotations and customer orders. Answering telephone and email enquiries. Maintaining showroom displays to a high standard.

Booking appointments and supporting the design team. Processing customer orders and supplier information. Visting customers homes to carry out site surveys.

Developing product knowledge to confidently advise customers. Working towards becoming an independent Bathroom Designer.
