ThisisafullyremotepositionsupportingcustomersanddistributionpartnersthroughouttheEasternU.S.territory.Therolerequiresupto20-30%traveltosupportdistributors,customers,fieldtrials,businessdevelopmentactivities,andindustryevents EssentialJobFunctions: - ManagesalesactivitiesforassignedcustomersanddistributionpartnersacrosstheAnti-Sap stainandWoodProtectionportfolio. - Serveasaprimarypointofcontactforcustomerinquiries,quotations,ordermanagementandproductavailability. - Develop strongrelationshipswithdistributorsandcustomerstosupportretention,growthandmarketexpansion. - Coordinatecloselywithsupplychain,logisticsandcustomerserviceteamstoensureon-timeproductdeliveryandresolutionofcustomerissues. - Identifysalesopportunitiesthroughaccountanalysis,customerengagementandmarketintelligence. - Supportpricing,forecastinganddemandplanningactivitiestooptimizecommercialperformance. - MaintainaccuratecustomerandsalesinformationwithinCRMandbusinesssystems. - Contributetocontinuousimprovementinitiativesthatenhancecustomersatisfactionandoperationalefficiency.

Qualifications

&Experience: - Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Marketing,SupplyChain,Chemistryorarelatedfield,orequivalentrelevantexperience. - Minimum 3 yearsofexperienceininsidesales,customerservice,distributionmanagementorcommercialoperationswithinaB2Benvironment. - Experienceworkingwithdistributorsandcustomersinspecialtychemicals,industrialproducts,woodprotectionorrelatedmarketsispreferred. - Abilityandwillingnesstotravelupto20-30% throughout the EasternUnitedStatestosupportcustomerrelationships,distributorengagement,fieldtrials,andindustryevents. - Strongcommunication,relationship-buildingandproblem-solvingskills. - Provenabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesanddeliverresultsinafast-pacedenvironment. - ProficiencyinCRMplatformsandMicrosoftOfficeapplications. - Demonstratedcommitmenttoteamwork,accountabilityandcustomersuccess.
