What is the role about?The Digital Solution Lead will lead the implementation and transition to live service of the North Sea Jobs digital solution, acting as the primary delivery lead for the digital workstream.

The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-enddigitalimplementationlifecycle,coordinatingsuppliers,technicalteamsandstakeholders,ensuringoperationalreadinessforgo-live,andleadingsupplierperformanceandcontinuousimprovementduringtheearlyliveservicephase.Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: LeadtheimplementationandmobilisationoftheNorthSeaJobsdigitalsolutionfromcontractawardthroughtoliveservice. Strong experienceof managing third-party suppliers (vendors) and technology partners, including demonstrable knowledge of managing digital suppliers through contract management and commercial practices. Demonstratable knowledge of working with technical and business stakeholders in the design and delivery of complex solutions. Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder environments.

Strong project planning, governance and risk management skills. Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Essential criteria Demonstrable experience of delivering digital products/solutions through implementation and go-live.

Experience of managing programme risks, issues and dependencies. Knowledge of business readiness, change management and service transition principles. Experience working with technical, operational and commercial stakeholders.

Strong understanding of compliance, information governance and operational assurance

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.

GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
