Draft and compare transaction terms such as IOIs, LOIs, term sheets, bid comparisons, deal structure, and consideration economics.

Produce process and board materials like management presentations, data packs, buyer universes, board and committee decks, closing mechanics, and funds flow. Run screening, diligence, and integration work including inbound deal screens, diligence request lists, findings synthesis, synergy models, carve-out analysis, and 100-day plans. Work independently to complete self-contained M&A exercises from mock files and produce deliverables graded against a rubric.

Qualifications

Must-Have 4+ years in an in-house corporate development or M&A role at an operating company. Hands-on ownership of live transactions end to end, not support work.
