We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in London.In this role you will help turn our Rewards and Core data into clear, trusted answers, building reporting and analysis that the business actually makes decisions on, and learning to do it AI-natively from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Own the vertical commercial reporting end to end, measuring monthly gross profit, reconciling it to Finance and presenting numbers the board can trustRun and evolve the analytics stack: the semantic layer, per-brand P&L, LTV cohorts and Single Customer ViewTurn retention economics into decisions, using cohort and CRM uplift analysis to guide where budget is investedPartner directly with commercial, CRM and Finance stakeholders to answer the questions that move the verticalSet the reporting standards and mentor junior analysts as the pod growsAbout YouSenior analytics experience owning a commercial vertical end to end, with strong SQL and BigQuery and confident dashboarding in Tableau and via LLMsExtensive experience building reporting pipelines and, just as important, challenging them: interrogating the taxonomy, definitions and formulas rather than accepting them as givenAI native in how you work: you build and ship reporting with LLM tooling as a default way of working, not an add-onGrounded in retention and lifetime value economics, cohort analysis and CRM driven measurement, not only acquisitionCommercial, board facing judgement: you can turn analysis into a recommendation and defend a number to senior stakeholdersYou thrive when working as part of a teamComfortable in a fast-paced environmentWhat You’ll GetPrivate Health Care (Bupa)Hybrid Working (3 days in office)Travel InsuranceCompetitive Base SalaryCompany Bonus SchemePaid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)Market-Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference Regular Happy Hours & Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
